Kagiso Tladi, a founding member of Tladi Attorneys, served as a partner at Tladi Seanego Attorneys. He is currently a Director at PMK Tladi & Associates. He holds B. Proc. and LL.B degrees from the University of Limpopo and LL.M in Human Rights, obtained in the year 1999 from the University of Pretoria.

Mr Tladi served his articles with Phiyega, Tladi & Partners (specializing in third party litigation) in Pretoria and completed same in 1993. He was admitted as an Attorney of High Court of South Africa in 1993 and has a right of appearance in the High Court.

He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Limpopo and sits in the Board of Control for the School for Legal Practice where he is also an Instructor. He is the staunch member of Black Lawyers Association – Limpopo Branch.

She holds a B. luris degree from the University of Limpopo and LLB degree from University of Pretoria and was admitted as an Attorney in 2001 and as a Conveyancer in 2008. She served her articles of Clerkship with the firm MD Booyens Attorneys – Pretoria, specializing in Third Party and Personal Injuries matters. Mrs Mahlatji worked for Road Accident Fund (Pretoria) for four (4) years before joining PMK Tladi & Associates in 2006 and is currently a Director and heads the Conveyancing Department as well as the Deceased Estates department. She has a right of appearance in the high court. She was a Chairperson of the Limpopo Law Council, and currently the chairperson of the Limpopo Legal Practice Council and the Secretary General of the National executive in the Black Lawyer’s Association.

She is a hardworking, persistent and goal–orientated Attorney, with very high standards and not impressed by mediocrity. She has good organizational skills and the ability to approach every situation with an open and accommodative mind. She is a lady of good public relations and has an excellent sense of humor.

She holds B.proc Degree from University of the North and a Certificate in Legislative drafting from University of Pretoria. She served her articles at State Attorneys in Pretoria, focusing mainly in Commercial Law and Civil Litigation. She was admitted as an attorney in 2001 and has a right of appearance in the high court.

She worked at the Road Accident Fund (RAF) for four (4) years whereafter she joined Maponya Inc in Pretoria where she spent eight (8) years. She joined PMK Tladi & Associates in 2017 and is currently a Senior Director and heads the third 3rd party department. She is a member of the Black Lawyers Association and the South African Women Lawyers Association.

He obtained his LLB degree at the University of Limpopo in 2017. He thereafter received his certificate in Practical Legal Training in the year 2018 at Edu-Park Polokwane. In the year 2018, he started serving his articles at PMK Tladi and Associates for two (2) years. He was thereafter admitted as an attorney in the year 2020 February and started working as a professional attorney at PMK Tladi and Associates. He handles all cases which walk through the door of the firm but mostly deals with general litigation, debt collection and third party litigation. He is a member of the Black Lawyers Association.
